The participants of the “Study Group on Giving Support to NGO’s, Local Governments and on the Development of Local Participation Mechanisms” met at the date and place mentioned above. At the meeting, the participants were informed about the activities of TOSAM and LIDEA. The president of TOSAM, Prof. Dr. Dogu Ergil, presented a report on “Leadership” and “Transformation Management”.
Besides, Tülay Öztürk from TOGIDEP presented a proposal on the formation of NGO’s platform by means of amendments in the Election Law, the necessity of a study with these concerns (preferably a workshop), and on the formation of an information network. This proposal was accepted by the participants.
